DAYWISE TOUR ITINERARY
Day 1: Delhi - Chakrata
Start your journey from Delhi early in the morning. The distance between Delhi and Chakrata is approximately 325 kilometers, and the road trip usually takes around 7-8 hours. Upon arrival, check-in at your chosen hotel or resort in Chakrata. After a delicious lunch, take some time to relax and soak in the serene surroundings. In the evening, visit the Chilmiri Neck, a popular viewpoint known for its picturesque sunsets and bird-watching opportunities. Return to your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 2: Exploring Chakrata
Begin your day with a visit to Tiger Falls, one of the highest direct waterfalls in Uttarakhand, located about 20 kilometers from Chakrata. Enjoy the scenic trek to the falls and take a refreshing dip in the cool waters. Afterward, head to Deoban, a dense forest area known for its rich biodiversity and stunning views of the Himalayan ranges. Spend some time exploring the forest and indulging in bird-watching. Day 3: Chakrata - Delhi
After breakfast, visit the Ram Tal Horticultural Garden, a beautiful garden known for its diverse flora and serene ambiance. Next, explore the local markets in Chakrata to experience the vibrant culture and purchase souvenirs, local handicrafts, and delicious snacks. Before heading back to Delhi, make a stop at the Kanasar, a picturesque meadow surrounded by lush greenery and offering panoramic views of the Himalayas.
