DAYWISE TOUR ITINERARY

Day 1: Delhi - Rishikesh

Start your journey from Delhi early in the morning. The distance between Delhi and Rishikesh is approximately 240 kilometers, and the road trip usually takes around 5-6 hours. Upon arrival, check-in at your chosen hotel in Rishikesh. After a delicious lunch, take some time to relax and soak in the serene surroundings. In the evening, visit the Triveni Ghat to witness the Ganga Aarti, a mesmerizing ritual of worship performed on the banks of the Ganges River. The Aarti is accompanied by chanting, music, and the lighting of lamps, creating a spiritual atmosphere.

Begin your day with a yoga session at one of the renowned yoga centers. Afterward, visit the iconic Laxman Jhula and Ram Jhula suspension bridges, which offer stunning views of the river and surrounding hills. Next, head to the Beatles Ashram, also known as Chaurasi Kutia, where the legendary band stayed and composed music in the late 1960s. Explore the ashram’s graffiti-covered walls and tranquil surroundings. In the afternoon, enjoy a thrilling white-water rafting experience on the Ganges River. The rafting adventure typically starts from Shivpuri and ends at Rishikesh, taking you through exciting rapids and offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscapes. Return to your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast, visit the Neer Garh Waterfall, a beautiful natural attraction located a short drive from Rishikesh. Enjoy a refreshing dip in the cool waters and take in the scenic beauty of the area. Next, explore the Parmarth Niketan Ashram, known for its spiritual programs and beautiful gardens. Before heading back to Delhi, make a stop at the Tera Manzil Temple, a multi-story temple offering panoramic views of the Ganges River and the surrounding hills. Check out from your hotel and start your journey back to Delhi, concluding your memorable trip to Rishikesh.
